Prohibited use

The operator may restrict access or use as necessary, including when such conduct is detected.

Information and proprietary metrics

The Service provides domain information and proprietary metrics based on publicly available information and third-party data.

The information may contain errors or omissions or may not be up to date. Proprietary metrics and rankings are calculated using the Service’s own methodology and do not guarantee search engine rankings, website safety or the trustworthiness of any business.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

No warranties are given regarding the accuracy, completeness, currency, usefulness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of any information or metrics provided by the Service.

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

The operator accepts no liability whatsoever for losses or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service; errors or omissions in the information; delays in data updates; or any changes to, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. This exclusion does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where the operator is liable for damages despite the above, liability for losses caused by the operator’s ordinary negligence is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to ordinary and direct losses. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.

Changes to the Service and Terms

The operator may change, suspend or discontinue the Service without prior notice. The operator may also amend these Terms in accordance with applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
